I will only use quality ingredients to make you the best tasting cookies around. I am one of the few cookiers who uses glaze icing, and you will notice the difference in taste and texture, no more “candy crunch”, just a soft, delicious bite.
I will never take on more orders than I can handle, so that my attention to detail will always shine through in the cookie design. And that quality and details goes beyond the cookie. I use biodegradable and compostable heat sealed packaging and stickers on all my cookies.
I started baking cakes and cupcakes in 2011. I fell in love with the decorating process, being able to channel my inner artist and spend time focused on creating delicious treats was very therapeutic. Back then, cottage laws didn’t exist in CA, but even after these laws passed, the restrictions were so much that I couldn’t make the flavors and fillings I wanted to. So a business was out of the question.
In 2017 I found cookies, and a new love was formed. Then I found glaze icing, which made it possible to get my Cottage Food license, and the rest is history.
